Returns

If you change your mind for whatever reason, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:

  • You notify us within the 14 day 'cooling-off' period via returns@ryker-jeans.co.uk.
  • You return the item to us within a further 14 days (please ensure it is packed correctly as we are not liable for damage before we receive them).
  • The item is still in its original condition (including tags), is unwashed and hasn't been worn (trying it on is fine).

If you suspect your item is faulty or the items you receive aren't what you ordered, please get in touch via returns@ryker-jeans.co.uk as soon as possible so we can investigate and help resolve your issue.

The best way to exchange an item is to request a return via returns@ryker-jeans.co.uk and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Let us know if you are wanting an exchange as part of your return and we will waive delivery fees on your new order.

Important

If you choose to return part of an order, we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us (for example if you order 2 pairs to find the fit you like the most).

You are liable for the cost of returning the goods to us on whole order returns (this does not apply to faulty/incorrect items or exchanges).

In a scenario where you are liable for returning the goods, we recommend using a tracked delivery service with appropriate levels of compensation.

We must receive the original item in an unworn and resalable condition.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 14-day cooling off period. If you try to make a return anyway, it may not be refunded and we reserve the right to charge you for delivery costs in sending it back to you.
