Shipping policy
We offer a variety of flexible delivery options:
- Standard - FREE - usually 2 to 3 days - Full Tracking with notifications
- Express - £2.49- usually 1 to 2 days - Full Tracking with notifications
- Next Day - £6.00 - NWD by 1pm - Full Tracking with notifications
*NWD = Next Working Day
With our tracked delivery options, you can manage tracking via your account or order confirmation email.
Orders received on Weekends, Public Holidays or after 2pm Monday to Friday may be processed the next working day.
International (non-UK) deliveries are currently not possible and will not be accepted, sign up to our mailing list or follow us on social media to be notified once this becomes available!
Please note:
All of our deliveries are made via EvRi or Royal Mail and are subject to their terms, we are not liable for their service times.
Delivery times are estimates only, with the exception of Guaranteed services. We will endeavour to do our best to keep you updated where possible should your order be delayed.
If you choose to return part of an order, we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us (for example if you order 2 pairs to find the fit you like the most).
If you change your mind and request a refund on a full order, you are liable for the cost of returning the goods to us (this does not apply to faulty items, incorrect items or exchanges).
In a scenario where you are liable for returning the goods, we recommend using a tracked delivery service with appropriate levels of compensation.
Standard delivery fees will be refunded if a return is accepted for non-faulty items, if you choose an additional delivery service, the difference will not be refunded.
